Q. Can I bring my dog with me?

A. We have a very small area dedicated to diners wishing to bring their dog along. This is limited to the bar area and we kindly ask that you let us know ahead of arrival that you will be bringing your dog. Dogs are also welcome out on terrace. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs in the main restaurant or in our bedrooms, we appreciate your understanding on this.

Q. Do you have a lift?

A. We do not have a lift here at The Crown.

Q. Can I bring little ones?

A. Our doors are open to all!

Q. Where can I park?

A. Our car park is located at the rear of the hotel and can be accessed via Quay Street, this is strictly reserved for guests of The Crown. We use an external company to control the car park with car registration recognition. Please ensure you input your car registration via the iPad at reception when you arrive, failure to do so will result in a fine. We are unable to reverse any fines or provide compensation.

Q. Are there many stairs?

A. There are a small number of steps to access The Crown from both the car park entrance and the entrance on the Thoroughfare. All of our bedrooms are located on the first floor of the building.

Q. What time is check-in/check out?

A. Check in is available from 3pm and we kindly ask that guests check out by 10:30am.
